Lung Infection,tracheo Bronchitis,use Deriphyllin?

I have been suffering from lung infection and acute tracheo bronchitis . i had been given deriphyllin retard for 21 days 150 mg twice daily. Now again I am not able to breathe properly although my chest xray is normal and spirometry is also normal. But breathing through nose is geting difficult and i feel some cough is struck on my throat. Can i agin start deriphyllin for normal breathing and as a mucodialator. please suggets.

There is a possibility of Sinus infection. See an ENT doctor
