If you do not pave pain or numbness in lower part of your body and lower limbs then this is not a vary serious condition however it is definitely a cause of concern.
Your MRI results show that your lower back bone is slowly degenerating and has reached a point that the bones of your vertebra may compress and damage your nerves (part of nervous system) which supply your lower limbs.

This kind of damage needs generally needs surgical correction to strengthen and stabilize your back bone so that it do not damage your nerves.
Once nerves are damaged this can lead to paralysis, severe pain and loss of sensation
However no need to panic since it is a treatable condition
Hope this answers your question
