MRI Of Neck Done. Anything Serious?

I has an MRI of my neck done, I don't see my doctor for a while, and I would like to know what my results mean in terms I can understand and if it's serious? c4-5 annular disc bulging effacing thecal sac, most prominent right paracentrally, no disc space narrowing, focal disc exrrusion, or spinal stenosis.
c5-6 annular disc bulging with left paracentral herniation impinging on thecal sac and effacing the cord, mild narrowing of the central canal.
reversal of the normal cervical lordosis.

The MRI report is suggestive of mild herniation of disc it could be said slipped disc, it marginally compressing the adjoining structure, otherwise every thing is within normal limits, but the report should be correlated with the clinical condition for better interpretation, any further query would be welcomed, have nice day.
