MRI Results Something On Left And Right Of Head. Can It Be A Tumor?

I had a MRI two years ago, and the doctor told me something was on the left and right in my head. He also told me I was having no symptoms, so I didn't think anything else about it. Should I have done something about it or can I have my doctor have another MRI done and if I do have a tumor how fast can it grow in 2 years.

Mostly it must be a benign(not spreading) small tumour without causing much symptoms. If it does cause any symptoms like difficulty hearing you can consult and then on the advice of doctor you can do MRI and recheck.Without any symptoms for the time being just ignore any further investigation into the matter.
