MRI scan shows the following: Annular bulge with right far lateral extrusion and superior migration of L3-L4 disc seen,causing thecalsac indentation and narrowing of right neural foramina with impingement over the right exiting nerve root, The patient is not able to sit,Admitted in the hospital,they have given wait on both sides to relax,please telll me what to do?
