MRI shows small central disc protrusion at C3-C4 with no associated contact with or contouring of the cord. Annular tear along the posterior aspect of the annulus C6-C7 with mild broad base bulging disc and mild ventral effacement of the thecal sac.. Does this sound like surgery for my future?
