Hello and welcome to HCM,
The MRI report analysis is as follows:
Some changes are observed in the lower back at the level of lumbar and sacral vertebrae.
There is posterior migration or displacement of inter-vertebral disc posteriorly at the level of vertebrae L5-S1.
The displaced disc causes pressure on the nerves emanating from the spinal cord.
In your case, the S1 nerve is being compressed. There are foramina or tubular spaces through which the nerves pass from the spinal cord. There is narrowing of these spaces at the level of L5-S1. This narrowing also causes pressure on the nerves.
There are degenerative changes at the level of L4-L5.
Impression: There is generalized joint involvement of the lower spine by a degenerative disease.
This degenerative disease is causing displacement of the inter-vertebral disc and compression of the spinal nerves.
this pressure causes symptoms on the area of the skin supplied by that particular nerve.
S1 nerve supplies the lower limb in the region of foot.
This is a disease process in the body and cannot be good.
You need to consult your orthopediacian for management.

Thanks ans take care
