MTP Kit. What Does Mild Positive Mean? Producing Milk Means?

HI DOCTOR, my wife had a pregnancy of 6weeks and we consulted a doctor and she was told to take mtp kit. She had bleedinlg as normal told by the doctor. She did an ultrasonography but all reports are normal. But she has done urine test also and the report is mild positive. I am confused about the matter. please help. She is producing small amount of milk as well

these all because side effcts of mtp kit that contains mifiprestone and misoprostol
they cause hormonal changes that will lead bleeding , pain.
milk production may be due to hormonal changes.
it will take some to get to normal.
urine test will also take some time to become negative.
