Masturbates Often, Bleeding From Penis. Reason?
I masturbate often, and just yesterday I noticed that I started bleeding from my penis, not blood in urine, just blood. And it does have me worried, but I feel no burning or anything, I didn't even know it was happening until I saw blood in my underwear. Today i have not bled, i feel this is just a tear of something in my penis, and that i need to stop masturbating.

It looks like you have torn the skin around the penis. As it is not frank bleeding from penis opening, there is nothing to worry. Since you have not written about your sexual history, I assume it is not due to any infective sores.
You need not stop masturbating but be gentle and not overdo it.
