Masturbating Frequently, Pink Itchy Pimples On Penis Tip, Under Foreskin On Ejaculating. STD Symptoms?
Hi doctor, I m a 21 years old guy, I have an issue with my penis , I am not circumcised. But I haven t taken part in sexual intercourse with anyone else as yet. I have masturbated quite frequently before and found that after I ejaculate, there are fine pink, itchy pimples on the tip of my penis, underneath my foreskin , it feels sore at times... Is it and STI/STD? How can I treat it, or prevent it from happening again?

Probably you are worried with musturbation also.
Its quite normal and have no relation witht std.
You have no sexual intercourse yet.so chance of having std is almost nil.
Dont worry.
You are having those papules for what duration?
Is there any discharge or pain?
Probably not.only itching you have.
Sometimes at your age papules may be there called 'pearly penile papule'.
These are completely benign & harmless.
Again don't worry.
Yet to diagonose it you should consult a dermatologist.

As you have mentioned that you haven't taken part in sexual intercourse with anyone...so the possibility of sexually transmitted disease can be ruled out.
The pink spots you have mentioned about appears to be Fordyce's spots which are sebaceous glands.
These are completely normal, non infectious & not associated with any disease.
So...there is no need to worry...you may consult a dermatologist, but most of them do not advise any treatment as it is a normal physiological phenomena.
