Masturbation Habit, Wrinkled Foreskin In Penis, Inflamed Fordyce Spot. Is It Cancer?

Hi, im 13 years old and i am concerned with me penis. I usually over masturbate/prone masturbate. After searches the internet for dangers i stopped and was worried.i've been prone masturbating for like 4 years now. Now my penis has little bit of wrinkles on the glands, the foreskin is horrible it looks like theres more than one wrinkle folds ( bout 4),if i flip it it looks like either red bumps or my veins showing, my middle of penis is very wrinkly when soft LOTS. i also have darkness around my pee hole. I stopped masturbating 2 weeks ago because of that, and there was 2 imflammed fordyce spot but it got better. my penis is tilted to the left and its 3 inches. i am very worried and my parents dont know. do i have cancer or std? im a virgin, no sexual contact, and i say peverted jokes sometimes. im asian. please let me know ASAP please thank you
