hello i am a 17 year old boy ,and i am having a problem lately ,i cant stop masturbating every single day ,it makes me feel week and lazy ,and plus i love going to the gym but i am always lazy and i also hear that masturbation will make your muscle growth is all of this true ,i am always worrying about this ,i will really appreciate to get a reply as soon as possible than you

Masturbation 1. May cause little lethargy if done daily- not because of ejaculation - but due to the physical activity as such.
2. It neither causes muscle weakness nor muscle growth.
Pl. remove the guilt feeling from your mind , otherwise it may affect your mental health.
In essence, masturbation is not harmful, unless it affects your daily, constructive activities.
