1. minor inferior repolarization disturbance means: irregular rhythm of electrical impulses in inferior [II,III,aVF] leads.

2. Ischemia means lack of blood flow and some heart disease due to blocked coronary vessels can be assumed.

3. LV overload means there is left ventricle hypertrophy and enlargement of left ventricle.

4. non-specific changes usually means nothing and "Consider" means its just an assumption until further tests are completed.
