Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the ultrasound report is as follows:

The posterior wall of the uterus shows a hypoechoic lesion measuring 21 x 19 mm.
This hypoechoic lesion could be due to a fibroid.
Fibroid is a benign lesion arising from the musculature of the uterus.
It is asymptomatic in majority of cases.
However, when symptomatic it can cause menstrual irregularities like menorrhagia, polymenorrhea and dysmenorrhea.
The thickness of endometrium or uterine lining is 1.2 mm.
This has to be correlated with the phase of the uterine cycle- proliferative or secretory.
Cervix measuring 26 mm is also within normal limits.
The 'gurus' measurement is 49 x 25 mm.
I assume this to be measurement of ovary?
In case this is ovarian measurement, this is within normal limits.

No complication is suggested by your report.

Thanks and take care
