Medical Advice For Medicine Side Effects

I am in India and have a perscription to malarone. After being in India for a couple weeks I began having terrible abdominal cramps and diarrhea I went to a pharmacy and they gave me cyclopam. I was wanting to know if they would have negative interactions.
