Medical Advice On Thumping In Thighs

Hi whenever i lay down,it feels as if their is a thumping in my thigh and then it goes away. It feels if the blood in my thigh are moving.its hard to explain but it doesnt feel normal it comes for like 2 seconds then goes away theres no pain just feels weird.
