Medication For The Wound On The Upper Lip?

My girl child is 9+ years old .Last saturday she met an accident and got wound on her upper lip and front teeth is moved .OPG is completed and my dentist also put a steel wire back of her upper teeth.Kindly suggest any medecins or ointment or any other suggestions. Mrs. Kanan Thakkar

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..sorry she had an accident,,it could be avulsion of teeth, hence ur dentist has splinted the teeth with an wire, for stability,,wait for it to heal,,u could use topical antiseptic and anesthetic ointments,..do saline gargle..medicines to be taken under the prescription of u r dentist..plz go for a follow up...hope it helps,,tc
