Meniere's Syndrome Since Years, Has Worsened Now. Will Taking Betahistine With Cetrizine Help?

Hello Doctor, I have Meniere s Syndrome for many years now and recently it has become worse. I am now taking betahistine 24 mg twice a day but it dkdn t seem to help much. May I ask whether I could take betahistine together with cetirizine? I am hoping that combination will be more effective. Please advise. Thank you.

1. As the Disease is Diagnosed thus following are the drug-drug interaction:
. Cetrizine is an Antihistaminic while betahistine is Anti vertigo drug: Antihistamines may diminish the therapeutic effect of Betahistine, thus taking in combination might reduce the efficacy of betahistine.
