My menstruation has not happened on time it 4 days now ? what could be cases ?

Cause as you know, mainly pregnancy. How do you agree with that? Other than that even normal variation can be there for 4 days. And if you are tensed about something then the fluctuation is even more. Hence do wait for a week and then decide the courseo f action. Like taking a urine pregnancy test, if you have been sexually active or else visiting a gynecologist.
