Mentioned An Aneurism. Did MRI For Prostate Cancer. Worried About The Findings?

my husband's doctor mentioned an aneurism
but did not elaborate
He is doctoring for prostate cancer and recently had a MRI= the prostate doctor sent this info to the family doctor
his arota was stretched so maybe this is the reason
my question was is the answer to this problem
it sounds like a life or death situation although he is in stage 4 prostate we hope for more time

Well, this is probably aortal aneurysm and this is commonly found in many asymptomatic patients. There is no need to operate this if this is sized
