Metallic Taste In Mouth, Sore Nipples, Nasal Congestion, Constipation And Bloating. Pregnant ?

I a currently having some pregnancy symptoms. I have a metallic taste in my mouth, sore nipples, nasal congestion out of no where, constipation and bloating. I recently had unprotected sex on my ovulation date and I had spotting on the date I was told to look out for implantation. Could I be pregnant I am currently 10 or 11 days past ovulation

I would encourage to see doctor and have
pregnancy test done, your most likely pregnant.
In addition abdominal pelvic ultrasound plus other tests like complete blood count would be vital.

please do have urinary pregnancy test for the conformation. constipation and bloating mightnot be sign of pregency. for more conformation do have stool routine examination too.
