Migraines, Neck And Shoulder Pain, Radiating To Elbow, Wrist, Finger Numbness. Causes?

Following a migraine a year ago (my first ever) i have been left with right sided headache almost daily front aspect. for the past week i have pain in the back of my neck right sided associated with shoulder pain radiating to my elbow and wrist numbness in my little finger . i am 28 years old and am normally fit and well.

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having cervical spondylosis.
It can result in neck pain along with numbness or pain in your hands.

You should get yourself clinically examined by an Orthopedic surgeon and a Neuro physician.

Following investigations will be helpful :-
1. CT/MRI of neck.
2. X-Ray cervical spine.

You can take painkillers like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once daily before meals.

Physiotherapy is useful in such cases.
