Mild Back Pain Between Shoulder Blades, Subsided, Chest Pressure. Causes And Treatment?

Healthy 33 yr old woman who developed mild back pain in what feels like it s in the middle of my shoulder blades. Woke up the next day with the pain much worse and it continued the whole day,day 3 now and back pain has eased a little but I can now feel slight pain on pressure in the centre of my chest (same area to were back pain was)

The history sounds to be a pain within the muscular system. Muscle pain eases over a period of time. Poor posture and stress cause this kind of pain, It is ideal to rest on a firm surface whenever you have such pain. You can get some help from the over the counter pain killers. You can still take one now for the chest pain.
