Mild Bleeding With Pain In Between Periods, Low Backache, Anxiety, Foggyheaded. History Of Cysts In Ovaries And Ca 125 Test. Retest Needed?
I have started bleeding mildly on day 16 of my cycles tat last around 5 days , I also have low back ache and mild period pain with it , I also have ovarian cysts on both ovaries, and my cycle is now 32. Days instead of 28, I'm 41 and have anxiety and feel foggy headed at times I had a ca 125 test last year and scans but symptoms seem worse past few months, should I be concerned.
HELLO
ANY BLEEDING IN BETWEEN PERIODS HAS TO BE EVALUATED.
LOCAL LESIONS LIKE CERVICAL POLYP. FIBROID POLYP, FIBROID UTERUS , CERVICAL CANCER ARE THE MORE PROBABLE CAUSES OF INTERMENSTRUAL BLEEDING.
APART FROM ULTRASOUND PELVIS,COLPOSCOPY, ENDOMETRIAL CURETTINGS AND CERVICAL BIOPSY IS ADVISED. CA 125 CAN BE REPEATED. ANY INCREASE IN SIZE OF OVARIAN CYST IS SIGNIFICANT.THE CAUSE HAS TO BE DIAGNOSED AND TREATED ACCORDINGLY.
