Mild Cellulitis On Feet, Low Grade Fever, Swollen Glands, Related Or Coincidental ?

I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A MILD CELLULITIS OF THE FOOT 2 WEEKS AGO. I NEVER RAN A FEVER OR HAD CHILLS. THE AREA OF THE CELLULITIS SEEMS TO BE MUCH BETTER, BUT TODAY I HAVE A LOW GRADE FEVER AND SWOLLEN GLANDS. IS THIS RELATED OR COINCIDENTIAL?
