Mild Chest Discomfort. Family History Of CAD. Small PFO With Flap On Echo. Suggestions?

Hi, I am a 33-year-old male, nonsmoker, non-diabetic, normal lipids, FAMILY HISTORY OF CAD, both father and mother, sedentary life style, daily exerciser, avid runner on treadmill, h/o having center chest discomfort since 2010, had been to a cardiologist, EKG negative, enzymes negative, TMT differnet doctors with different opinion. RBBB, ST- depression. ECHO- Small PFO with flap. Had exercised today too - with mild discomofrt, but able to complete a full 5 kilometers

Dear Sir,
Thanks for writing to us.
The most important thing in your description is TMT for which you have written that there are different opinions by different doctors. A discomfort which is in mid chest, comes with exercise and goes with rest is likely to be anginal and TMT is next investigation which will guide us. A good exercise capacity and absence of symptoms during test favors absence of significant disease and a negative TMT with these two, rules out angina as cause of your symptoms. u hope i clarified the concept to you. Beyond this, opinion is not feasible without having a look at your TMT.
