Mild Chest Pain. What Does ECG Refer To?

Good Evening Doctor, I am Christy from Sri Lanka. Last evening I got a mild chest pain (Left Side) and this morning I went to the lab and had a ECG test. and dont know the meaning of ECG reading Which i got this morning. Could you please refer the ECG report and advise me?.. If possible how can I send you the scanned version through internet?

It is advisable to consult a physician if you had chest pain that lead you to get e c g done .
a check up is essential to find out the cause of chest pain for proper treatment .
