Mild Chest Pain, Fatigue, Left Foot Dragging. Taking Glaucoma Medicine. MS?

I have constant mild chest pain lasting for days, I also have fatigue. I am told I have glaucoma and stenosis in my toes. They feel like they are frozen at night time. The glaucoma medicine I think makes part of my fatigue problem. After several weeks of use, I start to feel goofee and tired. When I stop treatment I feel better. I keep trying to take the medicine because glaucoma can blind you. Now I am noticing my left foot dragging at times it seems, especially if I am tired. This has been a problem for several years now and has slowly progressed. Could all this be MS maybe. Drives me crazy!.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi...
Thanks for the query..
Are you diabetic/hypertensive?
You might be having a cardiovascular problem..
Get yourself checked up with a physician first and later depending on the requirement you may consult a cardiologist..
Glaucoma medications as rightly told by you should not be stopped in between as it may cause slow progressive loss of vision..
The glaucoma medications will not cause any systemic side effects..
If you are not comfortable with the present medications you can inform to your ophthalmologist who can change the medications if it is feasible..
Don't worry... Keep continuing all the medications and have positive thought always..
You can get one MRI scan done to rule out MS..
Hope this information helps you..Take care.. Will be available for further queries..
