Mild Chest Pain, Neck And Shoulder Pain, Tingling On Face. Family History Of Heart Attacks. Anything To Worry?

Hi. My father died from a heart attack when he was in his 70s, my brother is having small chest pains, I am in my late 40s, having small pains in chest left off centre, for last 4 days, neck and top of left shoulder pains, tingling on left side of face on cheek and around eye just today and not sleeping.
Just wanting to know if this leading to something more serious?
thank you
