Minimal Scar In The Upper Right Lung Left After 6 Months Medication For PTB. Is It Possible To Have Any Medication To Remove The Scar?
i have a friend who suffered before of PTB, she undergone 6months medictaions..,then after her medications, they examined her sputum and it was negative already, and she did not have to go to have an xray..that was 2007. and then she planned to go abroad and found out that there still the minimal scar in her right upper lung.,.is it possible to have any medications to remove that scar dr?

Thanks for the query to HCM.
This old scar or lesion ( healed ) is the only way in X ray with the help of which we can identify that the patient was an old tubercular case .
Even after 30-40 years we can identify the old healed scar in X ray .
In my opinion till there is no medicine which can remove this scar in Xray.
