For some reason since last night my entire neck and chest region feel very sore, my body hurts. I was Under mild general anesthesia for the procedure. Is this normal to feel such body ache? I also feel some pain while swallowing .
Hi, Thanks for query.
This is common ailments after giving general anesthesia.
This will remain for 1-2 days.
Feeling of pain while swallowing might be due to procedure of putting intratrachial tubing inside the mouth.
Do warm water gargling or listerine gargle.
Ok and bye.
