Missed 2 Periods, Spotting, Watery Discharge, Achy Pains Near Belly Button. Negative Hpt. Any Ideas?

I have missed 2 periods, been having achy pains near belly button and going down my inner thigh, bubbly feeling in lower abdomen near c-section scar (9 years old) and negative hpts and blood tests. I do have thyroid issue. Oh and did have light brown spottin for 3 days ( more like discharge) now clear watery discharge. What's happening?

Hi!. Thanks for your query. As per your history you missed two periods and now having spotting and watery discharge. See a Gynaec for better evaluation and take his advice.
