Missed Depo Injection. Sore Breasts, Swollen Nipples, Cramping. Pregnant?

I missed my depo injection in April and have not used any form of birth control with the exception of withdrawal. For the past week and a half my breasts have been extremely sore, my nipples seem swollen and within the last 3 days I have had some cramping. Could I be pregnant? If not, what could be the cause of this? I have had no bleeding at all.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex.
You are not using any type of contraceptive method so chances of pregnancy are there in your case.
If the pregnancy test negative these symptoms may be because of hormonal changes.
Good luck.
Take care.
