my mom says she might be pregnant but doesnt wanna have another kid. she is 39 and has 4 kids and doesnt want another she missed her period but doesnt wanna have another kid she wants to know if theres a pill or shot to prevent being pregnent she doesnt wanna taake a test she says she rather take something so she wont end up having another one

I suggest she should have a pregnancy test. If she is really pregnant & does not want to carry this pregnancy she may choose to terminate it if it is legal in your area. Taking medicine without confirming pregnancy is not a good practice & may cause her trouble. She should also opt for a reliable birth control in future, preferably a permanent one if her family is complete.
There are medicines available to terminate pregnancy, but these should not be used without medical supervision. So, she should contact a doctor for help.
