Missed Period, What Else Could Be Wrong ?

Hi, I am a 22 year old female and I have not had a menstral period in 3 months and I have taken 3 pregnancy test which all came back negative. What else could be wrong ?

 it could be stress, but i would go to by gyno && get a blood test to rule out pregnancy.
