Missed Period, Abdominal Noises, Cramps, Heart Burn, Breast Tenderness. Help?

i have missed 2 periods and my stomach is making really loud noises, negative hpt results but still no period and still really loud stomach noises. also have cramps every now and then, heavy heart burn although ive always had that, breast a little tender but nothing bad, I have been having every sign of a period except the period its self. I really am not under any stress that im aware of.

Hello..
You should first rule out pregnancy. You can repeat a urine pregnancy test.
You can get your HCG levels tested and can get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis also.
If there are no indications of pregnancy of any type (including ectopic), you could concentrate on your acidity and flatulence problem and can get treated for that.(heart burn and noises).
Later can consult a gynecologist for regularization of periods.
