Missed Period, Cramps, Low Iron Levels, Nausea. Am I Pregnant?

Well I am trying to findout if I am pregnant I missed my period this month it shud have came around the 23rd or 26th it is the 30th I have cramps but they turn into gas I went to donate blood and they said my irons low so i couldnt go through with the process. I am use to an unusual period but it always comes every month. I feel like i have to vomit but i hold it down. Am I Pregnant?

Thanks for your question.
Easiest way to sort this out is to have a pregnancy test. This will tell you about your pregnancy status.
If you are now overdue for 2 weeks or more you may go for a transvaginal ultrasound to see if any gestational sac is present or not.
If pregnancy test is positive you should see a doctor for antenatal check up otherwise consult a gynecologist for treatment of your abnormal periods.
