Missed Period, Have PCOS. On Duphaston. Negative PT. Help?

Hi dr my question is what is possible reason why my menstruation did not coming my obgyne give duphaston to me for ten days and its ended last january 21 my last mens was on dec 28 last yr i do pregnancy test serum it was negative but all sign of early pregnancy is present to me what should i do? I have diagnos also PCOS .

Duphastan is a drug used in assisted reproductive methods. In PCOS cycles are irregular. also you should wait for atleast till start of February to do a UPT as its too early to diagnose pregnancy.
