Missed Period, Spotting, Abdominal Pain. What Is Happening?
Hello. My mens have stopped more than a week ago and recently, since 3days ago, i see some brown stains on my clear white mucus when i wipe it with a tissue . And i ve noticed some tinge abdominal pain recently too. Today, when i clean it with a tissue again, i see little blood stain on it. May I know whats happen? Thank you.

It seems that you have got some infection in your genital tract giving you this problem.
consult Gynaec and get examined physically and with ultra sound.
You may require vaginal swab examination.
After report she will find cause and go for treatment accordingly.
