Hi,
Sometimes, conception can occur after a HSG. As your urine test is negative, you should go for the blood test for confirmation. If pregnancy can be excluded, the symptoms indicate an impending period and the delay could be due to the procedure. You should also get a trans-vaginal sonogram and see a specialist for further appraisal of the situation. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
