Missed Periods, Lower Abdominal Pain, Pressure While Urinating. History Of IBS. Treatment Options?
I m 46 years old female, last period two months ago, lower abdmonal pain (R side, mostly) urination and pressure for almost two months now, and I have IBS , too. Is all this related? the abdominal pain is getting worse, feels like kidney stone and ovarion cysts , which I had both at the same time. can you help? thanks

Thanks for query. I understand how difficult it is to bear with IBS and all these symptoms. The pain you mentioned may be arising due to 1)a gynaecological problem 2)an gastrointestinal infection as your are at risk with IBS.3)any other abdominal conditions as you said kidney stone or ovarian cyst.for this yo get a diagnosis you need to undergo physical examination and few investigations like ultrasound abdomen etc.it is better to consult a gynaecologist first as you mention you have missed period .regards
HI Thank for asking to HCM I can understand your problem, If I would be your doctor then I would treat you conservatively with the "Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for six week, sodium citrate 20 ml three times in day. Dicyclomine with acetaminophen three times in day, Chlordiazepoxide twice in day, this would give good results, have nice day.
