Mites On Head. Treatment?

my husband has been dealing with what we believe to be mites for the last week, now he has found different colored ones as well as sizes, on his head as well as all over his body. we believed them to be dermodex mites at first, however now we are not sure. he has been given medication for them as well as cream nothing is working. where to we go from here, what type of medical help should we seek. E.R. doctors have simply treated him like he is hallucinating and no he is not on any drugs or medications.

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
Look mam, Tactile hallucination is such medical condition that patient feels touching sensation, crawling sensation, so please just rule out this possibility first, if it is really parasitic infestation then the medical examiner should noticed it, you just show it to a doctor who examine you husband, have nice day.
