Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

Stress and anxiety can manifest with not only psychological symptoms, but also with a variety of physical or somatic symptoms. However, a mole or an itchy skin lesion is a dermatological problem and is unlikely to be the direct result of stress. You will need a proper physical examination to determine the nature and cause of your skin lesion.

Irrespective of this, it appears that you are going through a lot of stress, and so, it would be worthwhile to seek professional help for the same. There are effective psychological therapies which can help you aquire better stress management techniques and coping skills.

Wish you all the best.

Hi there ~

You should take another pregnancy test in about a week's time to find out if you are pregnant. If you are not you may need a complete pelvic examination by a gynecologist and /or an abdominal ultrasound. I also recommend that you be seen by a dermatologist to get your itchy mole checked out. Please do not stress about these things, once you know for sure what they are you are going to be at ease. Please relax and use yoga and pranayama to make your anxiety better.

I hope this helps. Take care and have a nice day !
