Mole On Inner Thigh, Small Bump, Skin Peeling On Its Own. Cause Of Concern?

Hello, I am a 22 year old male and I have had a mole on my inner thigh for as long as I can remember. It is a little larger than a pencil eraser and occasionally parts of it peel off. Is that bad? When bathing I tend to not scrub it out of fear of irritating it so I thought it may be just the older skin coming off... I doesn t hurt or anything but I want to know if I should get it looked at. Thank you!
