Monday Having Chest Pains In Evening, Tuesday Chest Pains And

Monday having chest pains in evening, Tuesday chest pains and shortness of breath on and off all day, Wednesday 1230 PM chest pains shortness of breath dizziness and nausea. Went to clinic. 175/85 BP which I'm normally on the low side and oxygen was a little low. Explained to Dr symptoms, sent me with letter to hospital. After 5 hrs of blood work, EKG, xray, 2 aspirin, antacid, a drink that numbed my throat, results came back nothing. Dr said could be an organ issue (liver, spleen, panceas, stomach, etc). Sent me home to see my family Dr in a week. Thurs not as much chest pain on and off dizziness and nausea during the day. Went to chiro for adjustment thinking that would help as I could feel headache coming and neck is sore. Fri woke up at 4 AM with spitting headache that still hasnt gone away and sore neck. Saw chiro again at 9:30 AM. Have taken an Excedrin Tension and an Advil, no relief. What should my next step be?
