Montgometry Glands On Nipples, Warm And Dry Skin. Why Is The Gland Present?
Hello. I am a 14 year old girl, and I have montgomery glands on my nipples. I have had them for a while, but one of them has become bigger, and has a purple colour underneath the skin. It is slightly warm, and often has a layer of dry skin over the top. They get really itchy too!! I have NO idea why I have montgomery glands... As i have hear that only pregnant and breast feeding women tend to get them most!! Please help?

It sounds as if the glad is infected.
These are normal glands present in every woman.
They just get exaggerated due to hormonal influences during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
IN your case, due to menarchae, the same might have occurred.
Consult a doctor, it might need to be drained.
