I am 23, 100% virgin, mosaic Turner Syndrome (84% XX, 16% XO).
I got my period at 11 and it was normal throughout my teens. I would change a med/heavy-sized winged pad 2-3 times per day.
Throughout the last few years, periods have become lighter. Now, my 4-5 day periods (whole bleeding cycle) won't even cover 1 of those med/heavy sized pads.
My concentration decreased the past several years, and I've been moody the last 2 years (like PMS moods through the month). I handle heat poorly & get hot very easily (increasingly worse since puberty). Sometimes I notice my heartbeat.
Bloodwork April 2013 (CBC, Complete Metabolic Panel, TSH, and Vit.D 25 OH, lipid, glucose, B12) all was fine, B was a little high because of supplement, but I reduced that.
I've been vegan for 3 years, but all blood work was fine; I eat healthy, sufficient, well-balanced, mostly unprocessed vegan foods.
I had 1st pelvic exam Nov 2012, all seemed fine.
Do you think this is hormonal or not? Your thoughts?
