Mosquitoe Bites, Wrist Is Red And Swollen. Will It Heal Any Time Soon?

3 year old has had bites from mosquitos for about 5 days all over body. They are clearing up but all the sudden tonight both of her wrist look red and puffy. There doesn't seem to be any bites around the wrist. Not sure if we should take to the ER. They seem like they may be itching her but not intense, They are not hot to feel. Don't seem to hurting her at all. Sorry she is two years old.
