Hi, You seem to be suffering from Nasobronchial Allergy. You start taking antiallergics like Cetrizine 10 mgm or Allegra 120 mgm, Monteleukast 10 mgm at night, Beta Agonist and steroid combination in the form of inhalers like Seroflo or Formetrol 2 puffs twice daily, Salbutamol MDI 2 puffs 2 to 3 times a day for immediate relief and a PPI like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole. If symptoms are really bad a short course of steroids like Prednisolone 20 mgm for 5 days should be taken. Avoid dust, smoke or any other allergens to which you know that you are allergic. Steam inhalation, Warm saline gargles and some cough syrup may have soothing effect. For persistent sneezing take Budecort or Fluticasonenasal spray.
