Hi,

Phentermine is a stimulant and that is why, you find it difficult to sleep when you are on it. You have already lost a lot of weight and in my opinion, you should ask your doctor to stop phentermine because of the side effects. If required, your doctor can prescribe alternate medicines like orlistat or sibutramine which cause weight loss by other mechanisms. Otherwise, a low calorie diet and regular exercise will suffice.

Hope this helps you. Best wishes.
